Tenant Screening

All applicants undergo careful screening to ensure we place the best tenants possible. We use background and financial checks to qualify applicants and identify potential red flags. If a tenant we placed does not work out in the first six months, we will find you another qualified tenant at no cost.

Every rental property in our portfolio receives an annual inspection visit from our team. These inspections help us enforce the terms of the lease and catch potential problems before they escalate.

Evictions

Our detailed tenant screening process minimizes evictions, but if necessary, we will handle the entire eviction process for you as swiftly as possible and find a new qualified tenant.

Maintenance

As soon as a tenant inputs a maintenance request, we get notified and provide guidance to troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you money. If troubleshooting does not work, we will engage one of our qualified and licensed vendors to fix the issue in a timely manner at the best price.

We use a powerful combination of marketing techniques to generate interest in your vacancy, including syndicated digital listings & traditional advertising techniques. We offer professional photos to illustrate the property and are proud to lease units faster than our competition.

Financial Reporting

We generate monthly and annual financial statements to detail your property’s recent performance. Sign-in to your owner account at any time for a comprehensive overview of your property’s finances.

Rent Collection

We handle all billing and collections and promptly deposit the proceeds in the owner’s account twice a month. If the tenant is late on a payment, our resources are trained to reach out immediately and will go to the respective property in-person if necessary.
