2We Reach Out
After we review the information provided, our team will contact your client and walk them through the management options.
3 We Pay You
Every time a client you refer to us signs a property management contract, we pay up to $250 per door for every referral.
Keep Working with Your Customers
Don't lose out on the opportunity to work with good clients. If your customers aren't able to sell at the moment, refer them to us for their property management needs and we'll refer them back to you for future sales down the road. Win-win.
Limit Your Risk
Don't put yourself at unnecessary risk by providing advice on issues like fair housing guidelines, insurance requirements, and local ordinances. Let us handle the property management, so you can focus on what you do best.

Earn Unlimited Referral Fees
You can earn up to $250 per door for every referral. Use the calculator on the bottom of this page to determine your annual earning potential working with us. Learn more by getting in touch with our team.
*Property owner(s) must enroll for Kanga management services within 180 days of written referral to Kanga in order for referral fee to be payable to referring Realtor.
