2We Reach Out
After we review the information provided, our team will contact your client and walk them through the management options.
3 We Pay You
Every time a client you refer to us signs a property management contract, we pay up to $250 per door for every referral.
Keep Working with Your Customers
Don't lose out on the opportunity to work with good clients. If your customers aren't able to sell at the moment, refer them to us for their property management needs and we'll refer them back to you for future sales down the road. Win-win.
Limit Your Risk

*Property owner(s) must enroll for Kanga management services within 180 days of written referral to Kanga in order for referral fee to be payable to referring Realtor.
